Hi YK, I don't find correct patch for 'rb_earse()' issue. Smart3 use kernel 4.9 for Android 10, there is no update in rbtree.c. Even I see there are some commits for 'rbtree.c' on kernel 5.15, I can't tell if it is OK to apply. Thanks ! |

Hi Kerwin There seems to be no problem with rbtree.c on this issue. It is assumed that there will be an issue in the HID device group. There is a call stack, so please analyze for the callback trace first and also search for patches related to the callback trace Thanks!! YK.Jung |

Hi YK, I think 'dm_bufio' is not for HID devices since HID is known as char driver. Device mapper(dm) is a virtual block device driver framework in Kernel. It provides a platform for filter drivers also known as target to map a BIO to multiple block devices, or to modify BIO while it is in transit in kernel. More, from Linux naming rule, source files of dm_xxx is located in driver/md/ folder. In Kconfig of 'md' folder, it says "Support multiple physical spindles through a single logical device. Required for RAID and logical volume management" There is no any relation to HID devices. Please check it with AML-Korea members. Thanks ! |
